Judge lifts contempt order (South Carolina)
Story in The State - "The S.C. Department of Mental Health and its director no longer are in contempt of court for ignoring judges' orders to treat mentally ill jail inmates. But the department will remain under court supervision while it continues working on reducing statewide waiting lists."
