Herald-Sun story - "In one of the county’s first steps toward a state-mandated overhaul of its mental health program, Durham leaders decided this week to shift management of some mental health services for children to a neighboring agency. The Orange-Person-Chatham Area Authority, a government agency providing mental health assistance in those counties, will take over the case management portion of the Durham Center’s Children’s Services..."
