Congress to really investigate 9-11?

I was walking down the street last week and glanced at USA Today. I saw a story that I didn't see in any of the other papers, and haven't seen boo about since. USA Today reported that the House of Representatives voted to set up an independent commission to investigate the 9-11 terrorist attacks, much to Dubya's displeasure. 25 Republicans joined the Democrats in voting for it. Anybody else see anything about this?

I wonder what Bush is afraid will be revealed if there is an independent commission?
