I've tried a few. They are mostly listed here on a site covering all sorts of motionsickness issues.
The most reliable for me has been Dimenhydrinate which in Italy is sold in various forms, Xamamina being common (in a kind of capsule that you swallow) and Valontan (small chalk tablets). 50mg in one go an hour before take off works well, the Valontan being better since they seem to act faster and are about 1/5th the price...
This year I've tried Cinnarizine or specifically the brand Stugeron, bought in Britain since in Italy they wouldn't sell it as a motionsickness drug. I was a bit cautious taking the full two tablet start off dose (30mg) and took just one 15mg tablet, and it hasn't worked well - although the side effects seem at least as bad as Dimenhydrate, even on the low dose.
I've got a relief band, which basically works. But it depends upon an electric contact with your skin, upon which you smear a kind of gel. The problem is it dries out after an hour in the air... no contact, no cure. Just vomit 8-0 Probably good for PGing, since on the HG, the lower side of my wrist gets exposed. I should rig up a sleeve to place over it and stop it drying out.
After a few recent sick flights, I'm off to get a new pack of Valontan generic tablets...
