The Flatley lawsuit...complained that Marriott booked a convention for fans of the fantasy game Dungeons and Dragons at a deeply-discounted price -- a move that the owner's lawyer said would make it harder to attract the professional groups that the hotel had hoped to draw. "Once you get those guys, yo're not going to get the orthopedic surgeon's convention," said William E. Wallace III, a lawyer at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy who represents Flatley.
