WalMart, Best Buy, Staples, and Target are all claiming that information about their upcoming sales is protected by the DMCA. They've been able to threaten a website into submission, not because they have any real justification for their assertion, but because they have enough money to keep suing till they bankrupt their opposition.One law for the rich, one law for everyone else.
