this is a good article on what the author calls "the second superpower". it's about an emergent body of influence in the world that is not inherently tied to a particular region or country. http://cyber.law.harvard.edu/people/jmoore/secondsuperpower.html a related and interesting question is how such a superpower might coordinate its efforts. i spent quite some time thinking about this a while back and intend to post my results soon. 7:51:12 PM    comment []
