AOL and Free Speech

We can only hope AOL takes it to the US Supremes and we get some support for the First Amendment -- it's suffered enough marginalization already in the guise of Homeland Security.

Court denies AOL's attempt to protect user identity. Case could shape how free speech is perceived online [InfoWorld: Top News]
