The tenth annual Don't Be Fooled report documents misleading advertising by companies polluting the planet.

EcoPledge: This year's report names 10 companies, ranging from oil to food companies, which are attempting to create the image of environmental friendliness while diverting attention from their poor environmental track records.

And the award this year goes to: 1. Altria 2. Exxon Mobil 3. Irving 4. Cargill Dow 5. Simply Orange 6. Southern Company 7. Sustainable Forestry Initiative 8. New England Organics 9. Shell 10. Jeep
