Buckyballs cause brain damage in fish [New Scientist]

We're just at the begining of understanding not only the potential of nanotech, but also its possilbe impacts.

But as fullerenes move into large-scale production, accidents are bound to occur. 'It's not if it's going to happen, it's where and when,' says Oberd[dbl dagger]rster. And applications such as environmental remediation could lead to the deliberate introduction of fullerenes into the environment.
