Played the hockey game at 8pm.  I was supposed to be playing on the wing, but one of our defencemen didn't show up so I ended up playing D.

We lost 8-3, but I did alright.  I came out even, two for, two against.

Pretty good for my first ever game on defence.

Food Consumption for the day:

10:30 AM: Oatmeal and protein powder with green tea.
12:45 PM: 2 chicken breast, 2 red delicious apples, and green tea.
 -- 2:00 PM: Pint of water
3:25 PM: 1 chicken breast, 1 bowl of tomato soup, 1 pint of water.
5:40 PM: 1 carton of egg whites (~8 eigth whites), 1 1/2 pint of orange juice.
 -- 8-9 PM: water on the bench.
9:45 PM: 1 chicken breast, 1 bowl of tomato soup, 1 pint of water.

Hockey this evening at Goulbourne Rec Center (8-9pm)

Meals:

  1. oatmeal and protein powder and green tea. (10:30 am)
  2. chicken breast and a couple red delicious apples. (12:30pm)
  3. chicken breast and tomato soup. (3:00 pm)
  4. carton egg white and chicken noodle soup. (5:30pm)
  5. 2 chicken breast and some whole wheat pasta. (10:30pm)

Had a 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds and a 7up.  Kinda like two free days, ain't it.
