Kick Boxing was awesome today, worked myself pretty hard.  Feel great now, about 40 minutes after the workout.  I was exhausted coming out of it though.

Actual Meals:

9:10 AM: 1 carton egg whites, 1 pint orange juice.
10:40 AM: 1 chicken breast, 2 red delicious apples, green tea.
-- 12:00-1:30PM: 2 1/2 litres of water (probably sweated out that much though).

2:30 PM: 1 chicken breast, 2 red delicious apples, 600 ml water.
-- 4:00 PM: Green Tea
4:30 PM: 6" Roast Beef Sub. 1 red delicious apple.
6:45 PM: the other 6"'s, 600 ml water.
8:45 PM: chicken stir fry, 2 glasses of water
-- 10-11 PM: water on the bench
11:45 PM: 1 glass orange juice

Plan for the day:

Exercise:

  • 12:15-1:15 PM: Kick Boxing
  • 10-11 PM: Hockey (Minto League, 5 on 5)

Meals:

  • 1 carton egg whites, 1 pint orange juice
  • 1 chicken breast, 2 red delicious apples, green tea
  • 1 chicken sandwich, 1 bowl of soup (of the day!)
  • 6" Roast Beef sub
  • The other 6"'s
  • 1 chicken breast.

Had a great sleep last night.  The sleep of the dead from 11:30 - 8:00 AM with only trip 1:30AM trip to the bathroom.

This morning's scale weight is 296lbs!  still shedding some of that water weight.  It is amazing what happens in the first few days of a challenge when exercise and nutrition come together.
