Exercise for the day:

  • 7-8 AM: Had a great game of pickup hockey, scored a goal and had a couple of assists. 
  • 12-1 PM: Jiu-Jitsu, good class... we literally kicked each others asses.

Actual Meals for the day:

8:45 AM: 2 eggs, 3 strips of bacon, home fries, whole wheat toast with peanut butter, and water.
10:30 AM: Solid Protean Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough bar, and green tea.  (Forgot the chicken breast at home! doh!)
-- 12-1 PM: 2 litres of water
1:30 PM: Roast beef on whole wheat sandwich (had cheese and mayo on it) and cream of potato soup, and 600 ml of water.
-- 2:15 PM: 600 ml of water
5:30 PM: 6" Roast Beef Sub.
7:30 PM: Chicken breast with rice and a salad. glass of water
8:00 PM: *** Box of Smarties *** , not very smart of me

Had an ok sleep.  Woke up without the alarm at 5:30, alarm was supposed to go off 5 minutes later.  Got the bed at about 12:00 AM.  So ~5 hours sleep.  If I didn't love hockey there is no way I would be up.  I feel pretty good right now.

Scale weight this morning is 298lbs.  She gives and she taketh away!

  • 1:30 PM: Myoplex Meal Replacement Shake
  • 3:30 PM: 6" Roast Beef Sub
  • 6:00 PM: the other 6"'s
  • 8:30 PM: 1 chicken breast, 2 red delicious apples.
