Actuals:
10:00 AM: had the 6" roast beef sub left over from yesterday and 600 ml of water
12:15 PM: buffalo chicken sandwich, 2 glasses of water and an ice-cream bar.
-- 2:00 PM: 600 ml of water
6:30 PM: Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich, baked potato with sour cream and a diet coke
-- 7:00 PM: 600 ml of water and 50g of beef jerky
had some more water, a can of ginger ale, and a coffee crisp..... not a great day for nutrition or exercise....

- probably none today, I have meeting during KB. There is a 7:30 PM class, maybe I'll go check that out... doubt it though

Started feeling tired in the afternoon yesterday. Seems my 5 hours of sleep caught with me.
I had supper with Nat around 7:30 yesterday and was going to be headed home after that, but I remembered I was supposed to meet my brother at 9:00 when he got back to his room. He called home saying his plans had changed and I ended up staying at work for an extra hour and a half.
Got home and a good friend from out of town who I haven't spoken to for a while was on the phone with Nat. So I stayed on the phone for an hour and a half. It's now 11:30 and I'd like to watch a bit of TV or something... end up going to bed at 1:00 AM....
Got up at 9:00 this morning... so I got a good 8 hours, but I still feel anger building inside me.... I feel very irritable.
Scale weight 298 lbs... no change there.
