Actuals:

-- 7:30 AM: 1 pint water
12:30 PM: couple slices of pizza
2:00 PM: couple donuts. 600 ml of water
9:00 PM: butter chicken, rice, galric naan.  water

 

6:00PM : kick boxing!... tough class I almost passed out due to the heat.

Plan for the day.... hmmm...

Exercise: Kick Boxing at 6:00 PM.

Meals:  I have really failed to prepare for meals well this last couple days.... today is no different.

Got home at 12:00 AM last night (long day at work).... got to sleep by 12:30 AM, woke up at 7:00AM.... so 6 1/2 hours sleep.

Scale weight was 301 lbs... felt bloated... poor nutrition yesterday contributed to this bloated feeling.
