D2:  1 (plan), 1(6meals), 4(hockey), 1(sleep), 1(green tea), 0(water), 5(clean meals): 13 points.

D3:  1(plan), 1(6meals), 4(kb,hockey), 1(sleep), 1(green tea), 1(water), 6(clean meals): 15 points.

D4: 1(plan), 1(5meals), 4(jj, hockey), 0(sleep), 1(green tea), 1(water), 4(clean meals): 12 points.

D5: 0(plan), 0(#meals),  0(#exercise), 1(sleep), 0(green tea), 0(water), 1(clean meals): 2 points :-O

D6: 0(plan), 0(#meals), 1(kb), 0(sleep), 0(green tea), 0(water), 0(clean meals): 1 point :-(

Total for the first 6 days: 57 points out of a possible 90. or 63 1/3 %. not good.

Went to bed last night at about 12:00 PM, got up at 9:00 AM... so 9 hours last night. Had an easy morning reading the paper... then got called in to work to look at some issues... I was planning on going in anyway, but this dragged me in a little early.

Scale weight this morning was 303 lbs... sometimes I don't know why I get on that thing!   But it shows what D5 and D6 have done to me.

Grading Scheme:

Each Day non-Free Day:

  • 1 point for having a plan
  • 1 point for eating 5or6 meals
  • 4 point for exercising ( based on an intensity scale. 1 point for walk  to 4 points for kick boxing)
  • 1 point for getting min 7 hours sleep the night before
  • 1 point for drinking at least 4 litres of water
  • 1 point for having green tea (and any other supplements I have decided to take, 1 point total)
  • 1 point per clean meal (portion of carbs, portion of protein)
  • Total: 15 points per day

Each Free Day:

  • 1 point for getting min 7 hours sleep the night before
  • 1 point for drinking at least 4 litres of water
  • 1 point for having green tea and other supplements
  • Total: 3 points for the day

Total points for a week: 93.

I've decided to grade my weeks... I will pick a grading scheme and grade how I've done for the week and see how my results tie in over time with my grades.

Actuals for the day:

9:30 AM: chicken breast and 1 pint of water
12:00 PM: bagel with cream cheese and a hot chocolate.
--- 2:30 PM: 600 ml of water
4:30 PM: KFC spicy big crunch sandwich with fries and a 7up.
7:00 PM: smarties
