Meals:

10:30 AM: cottage cheese and an orange, and green tea, and pint of water
-- 12:00 PM: pint of water
2:00 PM: cottage cheese and an orange, and a pint of water
5:00 PM: foot long roasted chicken sub on whole wheat and 600 ml of water.
7:30 PM: popcorn chicken and Spicy Big Crunch sandwhich and 600 ml of water.

Got about 6 1/2 hours sleep last night... to bed at 3:30 pm, up at 10:15 AM.

didn't do scale weight this morning.

No plan for the day, however I did hit Sobey's at 1:30 AM (24 hour grocery store, it's great).  Picked up some cottage cheese and oranges.
