Today's Actuals:
-- 9:30 AM: 1 pint water
10:30 AM: 1 solid protein bar and 600 ml of water
-- 12:15 - 1 PM: 1 litre of water
1:45 PM: Grilled chicken sandwhich, 600 ml of water
2:15 PM: couple donuts.
3-6 PM: had more donuts... now I have a wicked headache from all the hi GI carbs.... :(
8:30 PM: chicken breast and whole wheat pasta.

Hockey last night was great! We won 3-0! I was +3 for the evening.
Got to bed at about 12:30 AM last night and got up at 8:00 AM this morning, so 7 1/2 hours.
Plan is again non-existant today. I have to refocus on planning the night before and intend to do so tonight.
