Actuals:
8:15 AM: 1 pint water, cottage cheese and an orange, and green tea.
10:30 AM: 600 ml of water, 1 chicken breast, 2 red delicious apples.
--- 12:15 - 1:30 PM: Kickboxing... good class 1 litre of water.
2:00 PM: chicken breast and 2 red delicious apples.
6:30 PM: bruschetta w/ feta, 1 strawberry marguerita, 2 glasses of water, 8oz sirlon tip steak and mashed potatoes.
10:00 PM: chicken breast, 1 pint water.

Exercise: Kickboxing at 12:00 PM
Meals:

- chicken breast and 2 red delicious apples
- Myoplex MRP
- chicken breast and whole wheat pasta
- oatmeal and protein powder.

Went to sleep at 12:30 AM ... got up at 7:30 AM... 7 hours.
Had a headache in the afternoon yesterday, no doubt caused by the donuts.
Scale weigth this morning 298 lbs... that number seems familiar....
