8:30 AM: cottage cheese, orange, 1 pint water, green tea.
-- 12:15-1:00 PM: Jiu-Jitsu (great class, lots of grappling), 1 litre of water.
1:45 PM: chicken breast and 2 red delicious apples. 600 ml of water.
4:00 PM: ice cream sandwich :-( (but it was good!)
4:30 PM: green tea, chicken breast, 2 red delicious apples, 600 ml of water.
-- 7-7:45 PM: KickBoxing (Red Man) a lighter KB class. 1 litre of water.
9:00 PM: 2 glasses of water, fries, steak sub.
-- 10:30PM-11:30PM: Hockey, 1 litre water.

Got to bed at 1AM and woke up at 8:00 AM so 7 hours sleep.
Scale weight this morning 299 lbs. Damn, Turkey lost to Brazil.
