-- 9:30 AM: 1 pint of water.
10:15 AM: 2 red delicous apples, box of glosettes, and green tea.
--- 12:15-1:15PM: Kick Boxing and 2 litres of water.
2:00 PM: 600 ml of water, 6" roast beef sub
4:00 PM: 600 ml of water, and the other 6"s
7:30 PM: salmon sushi.
-- 8:45 PM: 1 can of Guiness.. mmmm sweet Guiness..
10:30 PM: 1 pint of water, chicken breast and rice.

Got to bed at 1:00 AM last night and woke up at 9:00 AM this morning, 8 hours a good night's rest.

Scale weight 298lbs this morning.

No plan again today.
