I've gone "commando" this afternoon... forgot to bring an extra pair of underware with me to Jiu-Jitsu.   I have to say... I kinda like it... might consider it more often.

Just back from vacation today. 

It was an interesting week, what with my dad having a "heart attack" and meeting my brother for the first time.... not to mention the two or three hundred other relatives at the family reunion.
