I start Challenge 3 on Monday.   Challenge 2 was a big disappointment... didn't really stick to the plan after the first two weeks.  Why?  planning... complete total lack of planning. 

If you fail to you plan to fail.  That is just so true. 

My biggest problem was not working out... it was eating properly.  That's where the lack planning was key.

Workouts (Kickboxing, Jiu-Jitsu, Hockey) are pretty much planned as they are regular activities I participate in.

Look for the Challenge 3 goals to show up soon, and the Challenge 2 analysis.
