There is a discussion going in the MSN BFLCanada group about whether playing hockey counts as cardio or the BFL featured "20 minute cardio solution" is the way to go.

I personally don't do the "20 minute cardio solution".  Why? well I like group activities, I can stick with them more and so I now do 3 kickboxing classes (45 min to 2 hours, depending on the class) per week and play hockey 3-5 times per week.  I don't dislike the "regular" BFL cardio, but I much prefer the activities I'm involved in.

Some will say fine keep doing these activities as well as doing the "20 minute cardio solution".  If I were to do that I'd likely burn myself out.

BTW: I perform 3 weightlifting sessions per week, as perscribed by BFL and follow Nutrition-for-LIFE as well... I just deviate when it comes to the cardio.
