I'm feeling no real post workout pain after my lower body workout (lbw) this morning. You know that good pain you feel when you know you've pushed yourself. It's only my second lbw, but I think it's time to start really increasing those weights, especially the squat.
I started in easy, but I need to pick it up. Next lbw is scheduled for Wednesday the 29th. We'll see how I do.

I get an almost instant reminder that I have eating unauthorized food, my skin becomes oily. I know that if I eat poorly for a couple of days that I break out. The flip side is also true after a couple days of eating properly my skin feels great.
I had a couple of donuts with my lunch (ok, since I'm doing 2 or 3 free meals total on Friday and Sunday, instead of a full free day) and already my skin is complaining.
