Well I haven't hit the weights or kickboxing this week. In fact all I've done is play hockey 4 times. Nutrition hasn't been the best, although it hasn't been bad. I've stayed within a calorie budget, but I certainly haven't eaten 6 small meals during the day. It was a little more haphazard than that, fortunately I have this new software that let's me know how I'm doing.
I need to refocus on proper eating today. I'm also hoping to get a weightlifting session in today. With that in mind I'm off to have some oatmeal and protein powder.
