Had an outstanding kickboxing class (er, make that classes) today! It really pumps me up to finish kickboxing strong.

I'm looking forward to the Sens/Lightning game tonight. I believe I will indulge in a slice of pizza and a cheese burger.

The FDA posted this Medical Bulletin back in September 1994.

Now the FDA is asking for warning labels on products containing ephedra.

All this due to the death of a pitcher.

When is the FDA going to wake up and ban the product like Canada has already done.
