Here is a link that my director, Chuck Friesen, sent to our department. It a pretty good resource that has been put together by a number of people at the University of Oregon for the purpose of sharing their web publishing curriculum. As this fall's staff development nears, I look forward to revisiting this site to see how they are structuring their training. I like that the fact that CSS seems to be taught right along side of HTML as fundamental skills for building sites.

New Applications Added
I've added a couple of new applications to My Favorite Apps. The first is Image Rodeo, a super powerful web photo album creator. You can see an example of an album I created with it here. Also new to the list is Carbon Copy Cloner. CCC allows you to take a Macintosh running system X and clone it to another Macintosh. This is great if you are moving from one computer to another or if you need to set up a number of computer identically.
