Object Database Why isn't there an open-source object-database for Java as powerful as Zope's ODB ( ZODB)? 8:40:24 PM

Zope Spending some time learning about Zope and Python. Really interested in a Zope like environment for Java. It seems an embedded ODB and script language like pnuts could make for a powerful environment for building J2EE web apps. Seems like someone has (had) the same idea. Phabric.org.
