Dane...
You were saying you liked being able to post from your email but you wished you could get to your aggregator? What about the Mail to Aggregator (for Radio Userland users only)  function in your Prefs?

I like penguins!...
For the record, the old HP that could never hook up to DSL, the reason my brother and I assembled this (my first and not last) computer and kicked off my official education in geek-dom, is up and running Red Hat Linux. By tonight (Murphy willing) it will be on the network and for the first time, on a high speed connection.

What do I have to say about Linux? I like it!

On a side note...
If you ever think your computer is slow, try using a 366mhz for a bit. It makes you realize just how far things have come. I must say though, the Linux operating system is much faster than the previous install of Windows98/ME that I started it up with yesterday.

Interesting...
Hmm...I can now purchase an additional 50 megs of server space on my radio weblog for $39.95. It's a one time fee. Of course, I still have to pay $39.95 a year for the license to use Radio. But that's cool.

Buyer beware...
Warning over net sales tactics. Net users are warned to watch out for letters that appear to be invoices for domain names they have not purchased. [BBC News | Technology | UK Edition]

Got a similar one myself the other day where the company was supposedly "completing my order" for a domain name I'd purchased. I don't think so. Watch out. This one is not only in the UK and has already made its way to the States.

Health and Safety...
When It's Time to Break the Mold. Mold infestations are dangerous to buildings and people. A new do-it-yourself kit lets you test your home or office for the presence of the dreaded fungi. By Louise Knapp. [Wired News]

This is especially bad in our area because the long weeks of fog keep the moisture high enough to trigger a fungi bloom.
