Springfield Park Users Group - needs help

Springfield Park has some of the most interesting and varied flora and fauna in Hackney but it needs an active Users Group to help look after it. If you are interested in joining the Users Group please contact Glyn at glynrhys68@hotmail.com - remember Glyn from here?

LONDON FIELDS LIDO

The proposals for the re-opening of London Field Lido remain in discussion. The Environment Trust has put in a proposal to cover the pool with an agricultural type structure to allow for year round swimming and gym facilities. The cost has risen to £1.4 million as it has been discovered that the pool will have to be re-lined. (I don't know if this is an active link, details can be had from the Environment Trust)
