Sports Strategy adopted?

We are told that the sports strategy is adopted and the link will download it for you. On first glance it looks VERY different to us. It certainly looks different from any of the drafts we had seen. We will have to read it a few times yet to be sure.
UPDATE:this in the same week that pitch fees for Hackney Marshes were increased by an estimated 37%. [Clissold Leisure Users' News]
