Canoeing and Narrowboating Sessions CANOEING and NARROWBOATING SESSIONS for Youth and Community Groups, at LABURNUM BOAT CLUB Monday to Friday: 19th July – 27th Aug. 2004 Canoeing sessions 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm Cost: £2 per head for Hackney Groups
£35 per session for Groups outside Hackney Participants must be over 9 years old, be able to swim 25m and must bring a full change of clothes.
Narrowboating sessions Three hour trips starting at 10am or 2pm
Cost: £10 for Hackney Groups £45 for Groups from outside Hackney
Suitable for all and fully wheel-chair accessible. Maximum group size for both activities: 12 (staff and kids)

A second opportunity to respond to the Olympic Planning Applications The Joint Planning Authorities Team (made up of representatives from Hackney, Newham, Tower Hamlets and Waltham Forest) are inviting the public to view and respond to the amended planning applications relating to London's bid to host the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
To view the amended applications you can visit www.olympicsjpat.org.uk or the Planning and Transportation Department, Dorothy Hodgkin House, 1st Floor, 12 Reading Lane, London E8 1HJ.
