I revisited the JoDI special issue on Interactivity in Digital Libraries and for recreation I'm also reading Greg Bear's Darwin's Radio. In my spare time I guess I'm musing about how much change a species can adapt to and/or accept. What is the place for biological and anthropological concepts as we design new interactional digital libraries? It would be interesting to browse through some of the projects mentioned in the special issue and explore their current status to see how far 'interactivity' in digital libraries has affected educational impact (actual learning of students).
