P&G weighs outsourcing deal. Consumer products giant Procter & Gamble has informed employees that it intends to outsource a major portion of its back-office operations next year. [CNET News.com]
I would imagine this is a trend which we'll continue to see. Enterprise out-sourcing of IT infrastructure. It seems that there could be a fair amount of business opportunities in creating ventures around this type of out-sourcing.
