Grid computing is emerging, at least in the press. Some see a tie between grid computing and web services, yet it seems applicable to any distributed computing problems. I would imagine that the re-emergence of AI applications will rely on grid computing for the process and memory intensive aspects. Time to Hop on the Gridwagon.
