From the LA Times:  Disney signs licensing agreement, effective 2004, with the the granddaughters of Pooh author A.A. Milne, and artist E. H. Shepard.  On Monday, the granddaughters exercised their rights under copyright law to reclaim ownership from Stephen Slesinger Inc., the firm that currently owns the North American rights to Pooh.  Slesinger is also in a battle with Disney over what Slesinger claims is underpaid royalty. 1:44:35 PM
