SURRENDERS: "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, wrestler
SAN ANTONIO -- Reuters reports "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, one of the best known characters in American professional wrestling, surrendered to law enforcement officials in Texas on Tuesday on a charge of beating his wife. He posted $5,000 bond and was released pending future legal action, said a spokesman for the Bexar County Sheriff's Department.

CHARGED: Raj Chhetri, soccer
LONDON -- The Daily Record reports an RAF corporal admitted yesterday that a naked game of football was the highlight of his team's drunken tour to Germany, but Engineer Raj Chhetri, 31, denies three charges of indecently assaulting a 26- year-old colleague, the only woman on the trip last September. Giving evidence at the third day of his court martial, he was accused of turning his RAF Buchan team's trip abroad into "one long drinking binge."

ARRESTED: Bob Bratkowski, Cincinnati Bengals
GEORGETOWN, Ky. -- Associated Press reports Cincinnati Bengals offensive coordinator Bob Bratkowski was arrested early Thursday on suspicion of driving under the influence of intoxicants, a team spokesman said. Bratkowski, in his second year as the team's offensive coordinator, was pulled over near the Bengals' training camp and spent several hours in the Scott County jail before returning to camp.
