MOTION TO DISMISS: Ron Artest, Indianapolis Pacers
QUEENS, N.Y. -- Indianapolis Star reports lawyers for Indiana Pacers forward Ron Artest will file motions next week in a Queens, N.Y., criminal court to dismiss charges that their client harassed a former girlfriend who is the mother of his son.
