ARRESTED: Teddy Dupay, Orlando Magic free agent
GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Associated Press reports former Florida guard Teddy Dupay, dropped from the basketball team last September amid gambling allegations, was accused by university police Tuesday of grabbing a driver during a traffic fight.

RESTORED: Josh Fisher, Saint Louis University
ST. LOUIS -- Associated Press reports Saint Louis University guard Josh Fisher had a year of eligibility restored by the National Letter of Intent board on Wednesday. Fisher will compete as a junior in the upcoming season. He originally signed with Pepperdine in 1998 but chose not to go there and signed with Saint Louis. Fisher appealed the two-year penalty for breaking his agreement and had it reduced to one year. He sat out the 1999-2000 season.

DISMISSED: DeShaun Williams, Syracuse University
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Associated Press reports DeShaun Williams, the troubled Syracuse basketball star, was dismissed Wednesday by the university because of academic problems. Williams will be allowed to complete his current summer session courses but will not be able to enroll for the fall semester, university spokesman Kevin Morrow said.
