CHARGED: Jeff McCurley, San Francisco 49ers
PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reports former Pitt football star Jeff McCurley, now trying to win a job with the San Francisco 49ers, has been charged with two misdemeanors after officials said he tried to forge a painkiller prescription. McCurley, 23, is accused of trying to illegally obtain Vicodin from a Lawrence County pharmacy in July.
