Update: Enumerate Radio posts with .NET Migrating to Movable Type I thought I'd be able to use the MT import format but I had a lot of problems while testing it. Frankly I'm disappointed that MT doesn't use Xml for its import/export format. [matt.griffith] Here's a small utility I wrote to read in Radio's archive of posts into an easy to use, enumerable .NET collection. If I've got time this weekend, I'll clean up the other code that puts all of this directly into Moveable Type's MySQL database and resolves all internal links to your Radio log to your new Moveable Type log (if your URL isn't changing, this might not be an issue). This was whipped up in about an hour, so it's no masterpiece -- but it gets the job done. Fixing Links. P.S. Patrick, this link is broken. [matt.griffith] Sorry you couldn't get to it Matt. I tried the link after making the post and it worked okay. I just tried it again (from your page infact!) and it found the file. What news aggregator are you using? Oh -- I bet I know what happened. I just made a relative link (href="RUEnties.zip"). If you're using Radio's aggregator (running on your local machine), it would resolve to a relative link on your machine. Sorry -- I'll fix the link. Thanks Matt! 8:53:47 AM
