Two new Utah.gov websites came up over the weekend:

UDOT received a 2005 BE award for its Electronic Plan Room.  Meanwhile, deputy director Carlos Braceras found the skiing enticing up at Snowbird.  Not bad for the 4th of July.

My interview on egovernment and interoperability with Judith Clares has been published in Propolis.  You have to register to gain access.

I spent some time over the holiday reading up on the Singularity and Vernor Vinge.  Jonathan Huebner takes a contrary point of view in the New Scientist.
