       Minnesota's governor wants airspace over nuclear plants restricted.  In Pittsburgh, the FBI plans to share information with hospitals.  Yesterday, during the homeland security summit in Arlington, Governor Leavitt mentioned a manhole where a terrorist could shut down telecommunications in three states.  Yes, infrastructure protection is still a hot topic.
