The new Spanish egovernment portal has seven language options: Gallego, Catalan, Euskera (Basque), and Valenciano - these are all regional languages inside Spain, as well as English, Spanish and French. I first accessed the site using Netscape 4.7 (not my custom, but still a fairly common browser version) and it did a redirect to a text only version. I'll analyze the content on one of my other blogs...
