"Handspring's latest Treo device has analysts excited and talking. In fact, industry observers say the new Treo 600 was the driving force behind the Palm-Handspring merger two weeks ago. By Elisa Batista." [Wired News]

This is one slick looking device. The form factor looks right, it's sexy, and works with both PC's and Macs.  Damn.

"Yes, CD sales have been hurt by MP3 downloads, but only in the same way that vinyl sales have been hurt by CD buying. We don't have a system that allows paying for MP3s yet, that's all...." [via HubLog]

Alf tells it like it is.

I'd like to add though that I think there isn't a good system that is fairly priced for paying for MP3's.

Emusic has taken a good shot at it - but is targeted to the mass downloader.  Apple's Music Store is great for single downloads.  But no one does both well.
