Photoshop HDR 32-bit Format: The Dawn of a New Era?: "Adobe added a long list of new features to Photoshop when the released CS2. Of the lot, the one I consider to be the most enticing yet mysterious is the new 32-bit per channel HDR format. Short for 'High Dynamic Range,' HDR uses 32-bits per channel rather than the usual eight or sixteen bits. And it's how it uses them that makes HDR something truly new...."

Exposure Adjustment in Photoshop CS2: "With Brightness/Contrast, Levels, Curves, and Shadow/Highlight, there's no shortage of ways to make an image brighter or darker in Photoshop.
