Am I Too Late?

I fear I may be too late, although I guess I have one more day to write my "Year in Review" before we're a full week into 2003. So here goes.

On Hold

Our local Staples keeps people waiting on hold for FAR TOO LONG.

Especially when the caller just bought a DOA computer.
