Now, let's see, where did we store our emails? - this was not so funny to the regulators who wanted the banks to turn over the E-mail records. So the banks got fined $8.5 million.

Interesting that Ernie mentions this a couple of days after Will Cox was talking about the headaches of storing all of the nonsense that gets sent around in corporate emails.
