With Google News Alerts you get filtered stories that can be posted to a cateogry weblog via a "mail-to-weblog feature."  This in turn generates an RSS feed that can be subscribed to.  Simple.  This is going to be an ongoing thing.  Google slowly rolls out services they think they can control and end-users find ways to route around them. This will expire, of course, but in general Overstock.com is a pretty good place.

Open Box Palm Zire Handheld $45.99 Shipped.

Overstock.comicon - Open Box Palm Zire Handheld $45.99 Shipped.

OverStock has open box Palm Zire Handhelds selling for $49.99.  Start shopping by clicking this link to set a 10% coupon.  Now click on this link and add the Palm to your cart and check out.  Your cost $49.99 - 10% ($5) + $1 shipping = $45.99 shipped.  If you don't mind a customer return Zire then add that to your cart instead and your cost is $44.99 - 10% ($4.50) + $1 shipping = $41.49.  Cheap way to try out a Palm device if you are considering getting one or great for students.
